Your Responsibilities
Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities
- Generating or attempting to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, suggestive, or any other adult content
- Using generated artwork for fraudulent purposes
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our algorithms
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Using automated tools to bulk-generate artwork
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Content Safety and Acceptable Use Policy
Zero tolerance for NSFW and adult content.
Our platform strictly prohibits the generation of NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, suggestive, or any other adult content. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward violations of this rule.
Prompts submitted to our service may be screened through automated content moderation before artwork is generated. Attempts to bypass these filters, or repeated attempts to generate prohibited content, may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
Intellectual Property and Generated Artwork
Your Rights to Generated Artwork
PNG and JPG designs exported from the free text editor may be used for commercial projects. Paid credit packs include commercial use for AI images generated with those paid credits. You are responsible for the words, trademarks, fonts, reference images, and other content you provide, and for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.
Our Intellectual Property
The Graffiti Generator platform, including our AI workflows, website design, brand elements, and proprietary technology, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or technology.
Responsible Creation
We encourage respectful, lawful use of graffiti-inspired designs. Generated artwork should not be used to promote harm, impersonation, or unauthorized use of third-party marks.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
AI-Generated Content
Our graffiti designs are generated by AI technology. While we strive for useful and appropriate output, you should review generated artwork before using it in public, commercial, or sensitive contexts.
No Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the suitability of generated artwork for any specific purpose or its acceptance in all cultural contexts.
Payment and Credit Pack Terms
Paid Credit Packs
- One-time credit pack purchases are available
- Paid credits do not expire
- First-purchase bonus credits are added only to an eligible account's first completed credit-pack purchase and do not expire
- Access to additional graffiti generation credits
- Premium styles, resolutions, and personalization
Refunds
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
- A paid credit pack is not eligible for a cash refund after any credits from that pack are used for a successful generation
- Technical failures are usually handled by credit restoration, not cash refund
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges will be reviewed by support
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:

- For significant changes, we will notify users via email or service notifications
