Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Paid packs are one-time credit purchases, not subscriptions. You pay once, credits are added to your account, and there is no monthly bill, recurring charge, or cancellation step to worry about.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits and first-purchase bonus credits remain in your account until you use them. There is no subscription, expiration date, or recurring reset.
How many credits does each AI graffiti image cost?
A 1K image costs 10 credits, a 2K image costs 15 credits, and a 4K image costs 20 credits. Higher resolutions use more credits because they require more generation resources.
How does 4K access work with credit packs?
Standard and Premium unlock 4K access for your account. After 4K is unlocked, any paid credits you buy later, including Starter credits, can be used for 4K generations at 20 credits per image.
Which credit pack should I choose?
Starter is a low-risk pack for one small project and includes 100 credits, or 120 on an eligible first purchase. Standard is the best value for regular projects with 350 credits, or 400 on an eligible first purchase, plus 4K access and priority generation. Premium is for high-volume work with 1,200 credits, or 1,400 on an eligible first purchase.
Can I use the generated graffiti for commercial projects?
Yes. PNG and JPG designs exported from the free text editor may be used commercially. Paid credit packs include commercial use for AI images generated with those credits. You remain responsible for the words, trademarks, fonts, reference images, and other content you use.
What happens if an AI generation fails?
If the system fails to generate an image or the request cannot be completed, the credits for that failed generation are returned automatically. Style preference is different from a technical failure, so try another prompt or preset if the image works but is not the look you wanted.
Can I get a refund after buying credits?
You may request a refund within 7 days if no credits from that purchase have been used for a successful AI generation. Eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy. Technical failures are handled by credit restoration.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. You can buy another credit pack anytime. New paid credits are added to your existing balance, and because paid credits never expire, you do not lose unused credits when you purchase again.
